Veeqo Integration

Introduction

The SmartConsign App for Veeqo allows you to use your existing carrier accounts to create shipments to your orders from Veeqo. The functionality of the Veeqo integration includes:

Import Veeqo orders into SmartConsign
Add a shipment to your Veeqo order

To get started with the application, you will require the following:

An account with your carrier
A Veeqo Account
A SmartConsign Account

All orders are passed from Veeqo to SmartConsign as Orders: Meaning the data imports without allocating the courier, courier service or producing the shipping label. The shipper can login to SmartConsign to complete the shipment and produce the label.

Linking your Veeqo account

Marketplaces can be found by going to Marketplaces then Manage Marketplaces

To create a new Marketplace click the Create button

Here you will see a selection of available Marketplaces, Under Veeqo click Integrate

Next you will be taken to an Veeqo login page, Sign in using your Veeqo credentials

Pulling Veeqo orders

Once you have a valid Veeqo account linked SmartConsign will automatically pull orders every 2 - 5 minutes within the previous 24 hours

(100 orders maximum will be pulled at a time)

Veeqo orders that have been pulled into SmartConsign can be found at Marketplaces then Orders

Updating orders

Veeqo Orders shipments that have been turned into a shipment will be sent back to Veeqo with the Shipment Number and Carrier information within 10 minutes
