Carrier Accounts

Introduction

Carriers Accounts are required to create shipments within SmartConsign. Carrier Accounts have a series of details required to connect your SmartConsign Account to your desired Carrier.

Creating an Carrier Account

Currently, Carrier Accounts can only be created by SmartConsign and are generated upon opening your SmartConsign account or upon requesting new Carrier Accounts.

Requesting a new Carrier Account

If you would like to request a new Carrier Account for your Operations or Shippers, Please contact support@smartconsign.io.

Managing Carriers Accounts

If you are an Operation Administrator, you can see which Carriers you currently have available by going to Operations then Carrier Accounts.
