Amazon Integration
The SmartConsign App for Amazon allows you to use your existing carrier accounts to fulfill orders from Amazon. The functionality of the Amazon integration includes:
- Import Amazon orders into SmartConsign as unallocated
- Add a shipment note and label to your order
To get started with the application, you will require the following:
- An account with your carrier
- An Amazon seller Account
- A SmartConsign Account
All orders are passed from Amazon to SmartConsign as Unallocated Shipments: Meaning the data imports without allocating the courier, courier service or producing the shipping label. The shipper can login to SmartConsign to complete the shipment and produce the label.
Channels can be found by going to Channels then Manage Channels
To create a new Channel click the Create button
Here you will see a selection of available channels, Under the Amazon channel click Integrate

Once you have a valid Amazon account linked SmartConsign will automatically pull orders every 2 - 5 minutes within the previous 24 hours
(100 orders maximum will be pulled at a time)
Amazon orders that have been pulled into SmartConsign can be found at Shipments then Unallocated
Unallocated Amazon shipments that have been turned into a shipment will be sent back to Amazon with the Shipment Number, Service and Carrier information within 10 minutes
