Fetch Orders

The Fetch Orders feature allows you to manually retrieve orders from your connected marketplace accounts and import them directly into SmartConsign.

By entering an order number, you can import a specific order immediately rather than waiting for the next automated synchronisation cycle.

This is particularly useful for:

  1. Re-importing orders.
  2. Importing recently created orders.
  3. Retrieving orders that may not have been imported automatically.

Process Multiple Orders

The Bulk Processing feature enables you to select and process multiple orders simultaneously.

This helps streamline high-volume shipping operations, reduces manual effort, and improves processing efficiency.

Key Benefits

  1. Clearer terminology across the platform.
  2. Improved visibility of imported and unprocessed orders.
  3. Faster order retrieval through manual fetching.
  4. More efficient processing of large order volumes.
  5. A foundation for future marketplace functionality and integrations.
