Marketplaces
The Marketplaces section allows you to configure connected sales channels and manage the orders received from those channels.
The documentation structure follows the SmartConsign Portal menu.

| Record Type | Page |
|---|---|

The Fetch Orders feature allows you to manually retrieve orders from your connected marketplace accounts and import them directly into SmartConsign.
By entering an order number, you can import a specific order immediately rather than waiting for the next automated synchronisation cycle.
This is particularly useful for:
- Re-importing orders.
- Importing recently created orders.
- Retrieving orders that may not have been imported automatically.
The Bulk Processing feature enables you to select and process multiple orders simultaneously.
This helps streamline high-volume shipping operations, reduces manual effort, and improves processing efficiency.
- Clearer terminology across the platform.
- Improved visibility of imported and unprocessed orders.
- Faster order retrieval through manual fetching.
- More efficient processing of large order volumes.
- A foundation for future marketplace functionality and integrations.
